Terms of Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of iDream. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from iDream.

(the "Physical Goods"). What does this limited warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, iDream will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

What will we do to correct problems? iDream will either repair the Product at no charge, or replace a new or refurbished replacement if unrepairable. 

How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from iDream is limited 1 year or 2 years depending on the product from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good from the date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: human misuse, damage caused by operating outside the permitted uses of the product, cosmetic damage, damage caused by natural disasters, product that has been modified to alter functionality, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship 

What do you have to do? To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

The user shall inform iDream support with the defect information of the product and make arrangement for verifying the defect on-site at iDream Office premise. Users should have following information handy when calling or emailing the support team:

(i) copy of the original purchase invoice for verification
(ii) product serial number, if there is any.
(iii) description of the problem
(iv) customer’s name, address, and contact number
